Cascade Affordable Housing through a combination of new capital, and its experience in partnership and property management is in a superior position to preserve and enhance the value of affordable housing properties. With our experience in partnership restructuring, and recapitalization, our goal is to preserve the tax credit and other tax and economic advantages received by the investors. Cascade and its affiliates have acquired the general partnership interest, or are acting as the interim general partner in more than 50 partnerships.
