Cascade Affordable Housing Purchase of GP Interests Cascade Affordable Housing, LLC, acquires General Partner interests in both tax credit and non-tax credit properties throughout the United States. As an affiliate of Pinnacle, we can respond very quickly on geographically diverse properties. Pinnacle currently manages more than 132,000 multifamily properties. Of this total, Pinnacle manages 289 affordable properties with over 31,000 units. The company seeks to acquire portfolios that include at least 500 units or more per transaction. While we prefer seasoned projects, we will consider projects nearing completion.

In order for Cascade to consider a General Partnership interest for acquisition, sellers should have the following documentation:

  • Trailing 12 month operating statements
  • Current rent rolls
  • Most recent property/partnership audits
  • Most recent partnership tax return
  • Partnership Agreement
  • Loan Agreements
